To begin the prequalification process, firms are strongly encouraged to submit an Online Prequalification Application. If you are unable to submit electronically, contact the Contractor Qualification Hotline at (718) 472-8777 for further information. After receiving notice that your firm has prequalified, visit the Competing for Business section of our site.

Vendor List - NYCSCA

Firms do not need to be prequalified with the SCA in order to submit a proposal. However, a firm must be prequalified to be awarded a contract following their selection.
