Last updated at November 25th, 2020Yep, me too. Quicken updated to R27.28 and Voya works again. As per Greg's comment, make sure you use the @xxxx in your user name (your company or institution, as yours might be something other than Voya). Also, Quicken is asking for the PIN; in this case it is your password that you use to access the Voya web site.

Status : OnlineI have a 401k account with Voya financial set up in quicken. When I try to activate one step update, a window pops up to set up a 401k/403b account. If I continues supplying the needed information, a new account is entered in quicken, but I still don't have the capability to down load transactions to either account.

Status : OnlineYears ago, this same download worked with Quicken 2006 and Quicken on Windows. For a while, I've just gone back and forth. My 401k says they don't "support the capability to link to Quicken, or any other 3rd party facilitators, due to our current website security features." Quicken says it's on their end.
